<li>Foundation inspections</li>
<li>Anchor bolt alignment</li>
<li>Compaction &amp; density tests</li>
<li>Concrete testing</li>
<li>Structural steel installation</li>
<li>Waterproofing</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>Issue NCRs, OBSs and review corrective actions, and verify closure.</li></ul>

7. Progress Validation (Technical)</b></p>
<ul><li>Validate EPC progress based on physical quantities:</li></ul>
<ul>
<li>Cubic meters of concrete</li>
<li>Excavation/backfill quantities</li>
<li>Linear meters of trenching/ducts</li>
<li>Building completion percentages</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>Verify progress claims reflect real site status through measurements and inspection logs.</li></ul>

8. Documentation</b></p>

<ul><li>Align daily/weekly surveillance plan for civil work fronts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Communicate risks, delays, and resource issues clearly to Site Manager.</li></ul>
