This role requires strong experience in outsourcing/manpower recruitment, high-volume hiring, and stakeholder management within the Qatar market.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding</li><li>Manage outsourcing and manpower recruitment projects</li><li>Oversee bulk hiring initiatives</li><li>Manage recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across corporate and client operations</li><li>Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with operational and strategic workforce needs</li><li>Partner with department heads to forecast and plan hiring requirements</li><li>Monitor, analyze, and improve recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire)</li><li>Build, maintain, and manage talent pipelines</li><li>Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and relevant regulations</li><li>Supervise, mentor, and support recruitment team members</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field (mandatory)</li><li>Minimum of 3+ years of experience</li><li>Strong background in outsourcing/manpower recruitment preferred</li><li>Proven experience hiring within the Qatar market (mandatory)</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing high-volume recruitment</li><li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in recruitment systems and job portals</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR6,500.00 - QAR8,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have recruitment experience within the Qatar market?</li><li>Do you have knowledge of Qatar Labor Law?</li><li>What is your expected monthly salary (QAR)?</li><li>Do you currently hold a valid Qatar ID (QID)?</li><li>What is your current sponsorship status?
