Reporting to the Associate Director, Operational Excellence (OpEx) Devens Biologics Operations, the OpEx Senior Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and upskilling employees utilizing OpEx programs. These programs will support the identification of cost savings opportunities, increased process efficiency, and drive continuous improvement within the Devens Biologics Operations. <b>Key Responsibilities:</b><ul><li>
Provide leadership to Operational Excellence (OpEx) programs in the Devens Biologics Operations Site that will increase process efficiency, reduce operating costs, and improve general cycle times.</li><li>
Support the improvement of the ideation intake processes for cost savings opportunities (Value Capture), the Continuous Improvement Framework and the OpEx Road Map execution.</li><li>
Provide and maintain a framework for functional and department leaders to identify, sponsor and coach continuous improvement activities across the site.</li><li>
