   Support the design and development of leadership and professional learning programs by contributing to needs assessments, outlining learning objectives, and drafting content aligned to adult learning principles.

   Create, update, and quality-check learning materials (slide decks, job aids, facilitator guides, participant guides, and e-learning/storyboards) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and an engaging learner experience.

   Assist with evaluation and analysis of learning effectiveness by compiling survey results, analyzing participation/completion data, summarizing learner feedback, and identifying opportunities to improve content and delivery.
