The CUNY SPS Office of Innovative Learning Solutions (ILS) seeks an experienced and detail-oriented learning and development professional to join our training team in the role of Program Director. This role will be an integral part of the Energy Training team that manages the design, development, delivery, and administration of relevant learning programs on behalf of the Department of Citywide Administrative Services&rsquo; (DCAS) Division of Energy Management. This program prepares City facilities personnel to make energy-smart decisions that assist the City of New York in meeting its greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction goals. <li>Lead, coach, and develop the L&amp;D team members to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery and professional growth.</li></ul>

What Qualifies You For The Role:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related discipline.</li>
<li>5-10 years of experience in Learning &amp; Development, training, or capability development roles.</li>
<li>Proven experience in leading non-technical learning initiatives for customer-facing and operational teams.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Aftersales dealership operations, including Service, Parts, Body &amp; Paint.</li>
<li>High proficiency in digital learning platforms and LMS administration.</li>
<li>Professional certification in Learning &amp; Development, Coaching, or Adult Learning is advantageous.</li>
<li>HR certification, background, or experience is advantageous.</li>
<li>Proven success in linking learning outcomes to business and customer experience results.</li></ul>
