Liaison with the Wellness Committee, Internal Communications, and FunRaisers (Komen&rsquo;s employee engagement committee) to ensure integration, alignment, and amplification of messaging and an organization-wide calendar</li><li>
Create &quot;out of the box&quot; initiatives to enhance the employee experience throughout the employee life cycle</li><li>
Develop communications that help foster a company culture of respect and appreciation for individual differences</li><li>
Manage the development and deployment of the bi-weekly HR newsletter</li><li>
Lead the FunRaisers Committee in creating and implementing programs and social activities to keep a hybrid workforce engaged, feel a sense of belonging, and have fun</li><li>
Oversee planning and budget of social activities and events including celebrations, holiday and seasonal parties, giving initiatives, and other annual events</li><li>
Oversee the internal Team Komen initiative to drive engagement with mission and fundraising activities</li><li>
Establish, share, and source best practices and guidelines for team meetings and teambuilding activities to drive consistent culture and experiences for employees</li><li>
Oversee ad-hoc projects that further enhance the employee experience and contribute to a highly engaged organization</li><li>
Stay abreast of trends, issues, experiences relating to talent development strategies, employee engagement and remote work-life</li></ul> 


We know you will have and be able to
<ul><li>
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree and at least 5+ years of experience supporting or leading talent development, employee engagement and other people focused programs</li><li>
Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging, inclusive learning experiences for diverse audiences, including leaders, managers and individual contributors</li><li>
A passion for using data to drive desired results within an employee engagement program</li><li>
A self-starter mentality with a high attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects at a time</li><li>
The ability to design surveys, assess candidates/employees' needs, evaluate feedback, and translate those into actionable recommendations to improve company's work environment</li><li>
Meet with stakeholders to determine opportunities to increase the employee experience via alignment in efforts across different areas of responsibilities.</li><li>
Provide insight on organizational and change management techniques, while looking for opportunities to reinforce existing resources and programs through promotion and/or learning</li><li>
Excellent presentation skills, writing, editing, and Excel manipulation - bring an ability to think and communicate information visually</li><li>
Proven success building and implementing programs that inform and delight employees</li><li>
Manage day-to-day employee engagement projects and programs to drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance culture. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities depending on business demands</li><li>

We would love if you also have and are able to

Posesses a coaching certification in an area of employee development, such as Gallup Strengths, DiSC, or other content facilitation certifications related to specific employee development programs (FranklinCovey, Culture Partners)</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with diverse individuals, groups and communities</li><li>
Ability to respond flexibly and engage in creative problem-solving</li><li>
Direct experience building and deploying surveys in the Quantum Workplace platform, along with experience building/editing dashboards to analyze data</li></ul>

Approximate salary of $68,000 - $87,000/annually, exact compensation ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job level, internal equity and budget. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's skills, experience and geographic location.</li><li>
