The Leasing Agent is responsible for apartment renting, posting vacant apartments, and completing lease signings with new tenants. He/she will build a trusting relationship with tenants, maintain all needed documentation, provide exceptional customer service and help to support smooth turnovers. This includes photographing apartments, move-in/out logs, maintenance requests and resolving tenant issues when they arise.Principal Responsibilities:1. Responsible for day to day of Leasing Agent.<ul><li>Maintains visibility and good communications with tenants.
