<li>Demonstrated proficiency in Internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents. Strong proficiency in using property management software (One Site).</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in creation of social media posts and marketing materials and use of design tools such as Canva</li>
<li>Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percent in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of property operations and of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections</li>
<li>Employment history that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to assist in managing the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, complete financial records, documents, and reports, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the word of a team</li>
<li>Innovative and solutions-oriented thinker with great organizational skills</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Education and Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li> Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 2 years of previous leasing experience in an independent senior or multi-family community.</li>
<li>Willing to work a flexible schedule including some weekends when necessary.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively</li>
<li>Demonstrated proficiency in word processing and property management applications (preferably One Site)</li>
<li>Proficiency and fluency in using the internet for marketing, advertising, and sales-related circumstances, including using Craigslist, Google</li>

RealPage experience is preferred
</li><li>Competence in Microsoft Suite and Property Management Software strongly preferred.</li><li>
Participate in training to comply with new or existing Fair Housing laws.</li><li>
Present self in a neat, clean, and professional manner at all times</li><li>
