What You&rsquo;ll Do 
Leasing &amp; Sales Responsibilities

Customer Service &amp; Resident Relations

Administrative &amp; Marketing Support

Operational &amp; Performance Expectations 
The Leasing Consultant contributes directly to the financial and operational success of the community by supporting the following benchmarks: 
<ul><li>Support efforts to meet monthly revenue goals through strong leasing performance, renewals, and collections.</li><li>Assist the onsite team in achieving year-to-date Net Operating Income (NOI) goals.</li><li>Coordinate with maintenance and management to ensure vacant units are move-in ready according to established timelines.</li><li>Support service standards by helping maintain a work order backlog below 10% of total units.</li><li>Perform daily responsibilities in a manner that supports quarterly financial commitments and ownership distributions.</li><li>Help maintain:</li></ul></div><ul><li>

What You Bring
