This role serves as a key business leader for leasing performance, directing and overseeing the work of Leasing Associates and Community Concierges on a regular and ongoing basis. Essential Functions/Responsibilities
 Sales and Marketing

Plan and execute campaigns, outreach efforts, and leasing events that support occupancy goals.</li><li>
Stay informed on competitor pricing, market conditions, university trends, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.</li><li>
Develop and execute the property&rsquo;s annual and seasonal marketing plan in partnership with the Property Manager and Sales and Marketing team.
</li><li>Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with measurable leasing outcomes.</li></ul>
Reporting and Cross-Functional Partnership:<ul><li>
Identify when performance issues are caused by people, process, pricing, product, reputation, marketing, or market conditions.
</li><li>Partner closely with Property Managers and Regional leaders to recommend solutions based on data and market intelligence.</li><li>
Maintain accurate leasing records and ensure decisions are driven by performance metrics rather than activity alone.</li></ul>
What You&rsquo;ll Need:<ul><li>
3+ years of experience in student housing, multifamily, hospitality, or high-volume sales.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
At least 1 year of experience leading, supervising, or coaching a sales or leasing team.</li><li>
Ability to work turnover season, leasing events, and peak leasing periods as needed.
</li><li>Documented experience meeting or exceeding leasing, occupancy, renewal, or revenue targets in a previous role.</li><li>
Experience analyzing sales reports, conversion metrics, pricing trends, or market data to inform business decisions.</li><li>
Experience presenting performance data, business recommendations, or sales strategies to leadership, clients, or stakeholders.</li><li>
Proficiency using CRM or property management software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.</li></ul>
