Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>

General Requirements:<ul><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED&rsquo;s properties.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Prior experience in leasing, sales, teaching, or hospitality preferred but not required. The ability to provide top notch customer service in a timely manner is required.</li><li>

Reliable vehicle, valid driver&rsquo;s license with a good driving record, and auto insurance is required</li></ul>
Schedule: Part time, daytime hours. 2 Saturdays a month and 1-2 shifts during the week. Approximately 20-23 hours a week (could be 15-20 hours in winter months).

Accompany prospects to model/target units and discuss the features, benefits, size and layout of rooms. Tour the community to show the available amenities, such as a swimming pool, workout facility, playgrounds, laundry center, etc.</li><li>
Follow up with prospective residents via phone, email, and mail, 5-7 times per prospect.</li><li>
Lease renewal letters and/or contact should occur at 90, 60, 45 and 30 days prior to expiration.</li><li>
All pending renewals must be closed out no less than 30 days prior to lease expiration.</li><li>
Review and obtain all necessary information on Rental Application, Term Sheet and all applicable Lease Addenda, and collect rent, deposits and fees under the direction of the Property Manager.</li><li>
Be neat, professional and presentable. Smile. More residents RENT and STAY at a property because of YOU.</li><li>
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing strategy to qualified sources to increase traffic to the community and/or property.</li><li>
A detailed marketing plan should be created by the Property Manager and implemented each month relating to advertising, outreach marketing, resident retention and community events.</li><li>
A minimum of 4 hours per week of outreach marketing is to be done weekly. Outreach marketing is a combination of personal contact with local business professionals and distribution of marketing collateral where it will be readily available to the most people.</li><li>
The outreach marketing log is to be sent to the OPS Facilitator on the 14th and 28th of each month.</li><li>
Craigslist Ads should be updated, at the minimum, on a daily basis, and all other free sources of internet advertising should be updated at least twice weekly.</li><li>
Market Surveys are to be completed semi-monthly and submitted by the 14th and the 28th of each month.</li><li>
All other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED<ul><li>
