Clark Hill PLC seeks an experienced full-time Legal Administrative Assistant in its Reno Office. A minimum of three (3) years of experience and the ability to work in a team environment is required. Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced legal practice is preferred. This position reports to the Office Manager, as well as to assigned attorneys, and is responsible for, among other activities, (i) providing the requisite legal secretarial and administrative support/clerical needs of assigned attorneys; (ii) preparing letters, memos, and other documentation, as required; (iii) entering client information into the system to run conflict checks for new clients, as well as preparation of supporting documentation such as engagement letters; (iv) preparing and filing pleadings with the appropriate court system and docketing dates into a central docketing system, as needed; (v) making travel arrangements and preparing expense reimbursement documentation; (vi) answering the phones of assigned attorneys; and (vii) entering attorney time. Candidates must be able to prioritize and manage a high-volume and diverse workload and thus must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time with exceptional organizational skills. A team player, the LAA must be able to absorb information quickly and adapt to change. Sound judgment and business acumen when interacting with clients, potential clients, guests, coworkers, and others is a must. Certified Legal Secretary designation is a plus.

The annualized salary range for this position in San Francisco is $63,000 to $73,000 ($32.31 to $37.44 hourly). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
