The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our legal department, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with local and international real estate laws.Job Description:The Legal Administrator will play a vital role in supporting our legal team and internal departments, facilitating efficient legal operations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the real estate investment sector.Core Responsibilities: This position includes but does not limit to the following:&middot; Draft, review, and prepare legal documents related to real estate transactions, including contracts, agreements, memoranda, and correspondence.&middot; Organize and maintain legal files, databases, and documentation systems for efficient retrieval and storage of real estate investment information.&middot; Monitor legal and regulatory compliance requirements specific to real estate investments in Kuwait and international markets.&middot; Support the review and management of real estate contracts, including tracking key dates and facilitating contract execution processes.&middot; Assist in the preparation of legal and management reports and presentations related to real estate investment opportunities and market trends.&middot; Coordinate with external legal counsel and real estate professionals as needed.&middot; Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting minutes for the legal team.&middot; Conduct preliminary legal research on real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions in Kuwait and target international markets.&middot; Assist in due diligence processes for potential real estate acquisitions and development projects&middot; Assist with day-to-day admin functions &amp; operations of the Legal department.&middot; Process and track legal work.&middot; Record and monitor deadlines.&middot; Create, format, revise and edit legal documents such as wills, deeds, affidavits, complaints, subpoenas and briefs.&middot; Prepare and edit correspondence, minutes, letters, memos, presentations and spreadsheets.&middot; Transcribe dictation.&middot; Conducts Legal research and analysis tasks are required.&middot; Gather case evidence and documentation.&middot; Monitor and coordinate the flow of information internally and externally.&middot; Liaison with and supervision over the work of the PRO relating to transfer and renewal of company licenses and vehicles registration and family members documents.&middot; Coordinate with the Legal Department to ensure that all visa and residency-related formalities for employees are completed on time.&middot; Responsible for compiling jot forms for management signature, under the supervision of the Office Manager.&middot; Maintains an up-to-date database of company licenses.&middot; Respond to all case-related queries.&middot; Supervise &amp; manage company documents and archives through Office Assistant.&middot; Obtain Management approval on agreement / Transactions / Payments, etc. as deemed necessary.&middot; Handle confidential and non-routine information.&middot; Undertakes general administrative tasks as required by top management.&middot; Any other task as required by the management.Education and Experience:&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law.  Reviews issues with legal, risk management, tax, and accounting personnel as a condition precedent to submitting to management for approval.

 Functions as a part of a negotiating team consisting of project management staff, to establish the terms and conditions of a contract.

 Monitors and ensures the business provisions of assigned contracts are administered to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Keeps the Projects Contracts Manager advised as to the scope, financial, and risk features of applicable contracts.

 Prepares letters to clients requesting approvals and interpretations necessary to comply with the provisions of the contract.

 Furnishes business and financial information requested by the client concerning the project, as delegated by the Project Manager.
