Transaction Execution &amp; Due Diligence&sect; Support the execution of new investments across the whole asset class spectrum (from direct real estate deals to cash management and everything in between).&sect; Assist in due diligence processes, including market research, legal, and financial assessments.&sect; Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and partners on transactions and investment initiatives.&sect; Handle investment documentation, including Private Placement Memorandums and related legal documents.&middot; Market Research &amp; Strategic Insights&sect; Conducting market research on the industry and gather market intelligence to enhance management of funds.&sect; Track and provide updates on financial market activity to inform positioning in local and global markets.&sect; Monitor and report on macroeconomic trends relevant to investment performance.&sect; Producing and maintaining internal databases to support research and reporting activities.&sect; Stay up-to-date with market trends, macroeconomic indicators, and regulatory changes affecting the investment landscape.&middot; Portfolio Monitoring &amp; Performance Management&sect; Monitor portfolio performance, generate performance reports, and recommend optimization strategies.&sect; Assist with the development and execution of investment strategies in Kuwait and international markets (US, UK, and beyond).&sect; Support compliance tracking, documentation, and risk monitoring processes.&middot; Administrative &amp; Ad Hoc Support&sect; Carry out all administrative tasks related to the investment process, including documentation, portfolio reporting, compliance tracking, and risk monitoring.&sect; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on investment initiatives.&sect; Any other tasks as required by the management.Self-Management&sect; Achieve the highest levels of proficiency in all skills required to perform the role.&sect; Ensure that performance goals set by direct supervisor are achieved.Skills Required&middot; Technical Skills:&sect; Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, IRR, NPV, comparable company analysis).&sect;
