Execute all edits and write-offs with accuracy. - E-Billing: Submit invoices through various third-party vendors and client billing portals. Monitor status of electronic invoices and submit appeals. - A/R &amp; Collections: Monitor Accounts Receivable aging reports. Subtly and professionally follow up with clients or third-party vendors on overdue invoices. Processing of daily bank deposits. - A/P: Review invoices, resolve invoice discrepancies, and enter invoices into Quickbooks. Work with vendors to ensure that all payables are recorded and paid. Process employee expense reports for payment and billing.
