Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Liaise with clients, attorneys and staff to generate, distribute, edit, finalize and submit legal bills via various methods.</li><li>
Resolve billing-related issues from internal and external clients.</li><li>
Coordinate with accounting department to address questions/problems related to the billing process.</li><li>
Prepare reports and materials necessary to track billings and on items to be billed.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Previous law firm billing experience is required.</li><li>
Legal secretarial and billing experience is highly preferred.</li><li>
Electronic billing experience highly preferred.</li><li>
Elite (3E) experience preferred.</li><li>
Strong Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook experience.</li><li>
Strong communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of staff and attorneys.</li><li>

</li><li>Experience handling high-volume invoice tracking, rejected invoice resolution, payment-cycle coordination, discount-period monitoring, and support for aged invoice reconciliation is strongly preferred.</li></ul>
