Operational responsibilities
<ul><li>Analyse all documents submitted via the ADGM eCourts Platform for notarisation by clients and determine whether the documents are in order for notarisation.
</li><li>Review all legislation and other authorities, including court orders, to confirm that the documents to be notarised comply with the relevant legislation and authorities (if required).
