Produce high-quality documents, presentations, reports, charts, memos, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.</li><li>
Manage complex calendar schedules, including prioritizing meetings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and aligning schedules with business priorities.</li><li>
Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, including workload prioritization, expense reporting, travel arrangements, matter management, and using e-billing tools.</li><li>
Built strong working relationships across all organizational levels, including executive assistants to senior leaders, while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>
Coordinate special projects, department initiatives, meetings, and events, using judgment to make decisions within the scope of responsibilities.</li></ul><br>

<div><b>Required Qualifications</b></div>
</div></div><div><div><ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders, with proven ability to manage time, priorities, and confidential information independently.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, and related legal or document management tools, with the capability to learn new systems quickly.</li><li>
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, plus high attention to detail and the ability to quickly learn new systems.</li><li>
Demonstrated discretion, sound judgment, intuition, and the ability to anticipate the needs of legal professionals in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
