What Will You Be Doing?

Based in Denver, Colorado, the Senior Legal Counsel will report to Frontier&rsquo;s Sr. Director, Legal Counsel and work with the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel to support a primarily transactional legal practice across various areas of the business. The role will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice and guidance, draft, negotiate, and review complex agreements, and help manage legal risk while enabling Frontier&rsquo;s commercial and operational objectives.

Essential Functions
<ul><li>Review, revise, draft, negotiate and advise on a broad range of contracts across the business, including, by way of example, services, marketing, e-commerce, promotions, IT (technology transactions, digital platforms, SaaS technology), equipment and materials purchases and leasing, supply chain, ground handling, and airport operations and leases.</li>
<li>Provide legal support for marketing and consumer-facing initiatives, including reviewing and advising on promotional materials and campaigns across all customer channels, and advising on compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, including Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and broader consumer protection considerations.</li>
<li>Support and advise on artificial intelligence initiatives, including evaluating legal and regulatory risks, advising on governance, and assisting with the development and deployment of AI-related tools and solutions.</li>
<li>Advise management and personnel on compliance matters concerning data privacy and governance, and cybersecurity.</li>
<li>Oversee and manage select litigation matters, including coordinating with outside counsel, developing strategy, assessing risk, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li>
<li>Support the business on international legal matters, including advising on regulatory considerations, and coordination with local counsel, as needed.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>JD with strong academic credentials required.</li>
<li>Member in good standing of a State Bar in any U.S. jurisdiction, and eligible to obtain Colorado single-client (in-house counsel) licensure.</li>
<li>4+ years of demonstrated corporate experience at a law firm or in-house legal department required.</li>
<li>Experience in structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements.</li>
<li>Experience in the broader transportation industry is a plus, with airline experience preferred but not required.</li>

The Armed Security Officer actively monitors Concealed Weapons Detection System(s) at division entrances. In the event a weapon is found, the armed officer will inform the visitor/patient that the weapon is not allowed in the hospital. Officers may secure the weapon for the duration of the persons&rsquo; visit for safekeeping. Armed officers may patrol the campus and monitor activity in and around buildings and grounds and respond appropriately to routine and emergency situations. This individual performs camera surveillance, maintains department logs and records, uses computer skills for documentation of daily activities, conducts security investigations, evaluates situations, and takes appropriate steps for professional and timely resolution.

 Position Summary:
 
 Under limited supervision, supervises and performs the police patrol or investigative duties of an assigned shift or unit of the Canon City Police Department, to assist and protect the lives and property of Canon City residents, business owners, and visitors. Supervises and manages all assigned staff to include, hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance.

 Supervises activities of employees of an assigned unit or shift, such as Police Officers, Police Detectives, and Evidence Technicians. Schedules employees, approves overtime, assigns work, and monitors its progress. Inspects appearance and equipment of assigned patrol officers and other personnel. Provides guidance and mentorship regarding performance, next steps, and judgment issues.

 Determines training needs, trains employees, writes and conducts evaluations, and recommends disciplinary actions. Guides and develops employees in the accomplishment of their duties and professional growth.
 </li>

 Coordinates the handling of high risk, complex, or sensitive incidents or cases. Reviews reports prepared by employees and assigns any necessary follow-up work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides excellent customer service to external and internal customers including but not limited to effectively listening and communicating, providing accurate information, offering solutions, assisting in resolution, and ensuring timely follow up.

 Conducts briefings regarding policy changes, legislative updates, and relevant police business.

 Performs the full range of duties of subordinate officers/detectives, such as patrolling in marked or unmarked police cars, responding to calls, intervening in disputes, investigating criminal cases, controlling traffic, writing reports, preparing legal paperwork, issuing citations, making arrests, consulting with prosecutors, testifying in court, and transporting suspects to jail.
