   Provide guidance to business teams on signature processes, escalation protocols, and best practices, while monitoring and tracking pending approvals to ensure timely resolutions.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Process Associate to support onshore and offshore legal teams in a Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) environment. The role involves handling legal documentation, basic technical tasks, and structured process-based work while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.</p><p></p><p><br>
Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Provide legal process outsourcing support to onshore and offshore teams.</li>
<li>Prepare, format, and manage legal documents using MS Office tools.</li>
<li>Manage data and generate reports using MS Excel.</li>
<li>Perform basic technical tasks including Hyperlinking, document coding/ Annotation/ Redaction and extraction.</li>
<li>Use Adobe PDF for reviewing, editing, and organizing documents.</li>
<li>Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.</li></ul><br>

Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:</p>

<li>Good proficiency in MS Office and Adobe PDF.</li>
