 Education and Experience Requirements:

 Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited school.
 </li>
 <li>
 Active admission to a US state bar, California preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 1-7+ years of relevant corporate, commercial, or transactional law experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Agreeable approach - excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of attention to detail in all aspects of work in legal documentation and analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-house experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience advising healthcare clients, including familiarity with GPOs, distributors, large healthcare systems, AKS, HIPAA, and healthcare regulations is a plus.

 Salary Range
 
 
 
 
 The anticipated salary range for candidates working in Irvine is $130,000-$165,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. Fisher &amp; Paykel Healthcare is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
