<div>Strategic Legal Practices is seeking a full-time Attorney Resource Group Assistant. The ARG Assistant supports the attorneys in delivering the highest level of service to our clients. As a contributing team member, the ARG specialist is pro-active in balancing multiple assignments. They take personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of their work product while contributing to the team and maintaining confidentiality.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Creates, edits, formats, and proofreads legal documents, spreadsheets, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all materials</li><li>
Reviews and edits documents to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state jurisdictional rules and procedures</li><li>

Requirements 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience in a legal environment or professional services preferred</li><li>
Adequate knowledge of general office equipment and software operating systems</li><li>
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to develop positive working relationships (in-person and virtually)</li><li>
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple tasks with effective organizational skills</li><li>
Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills</li><li>
Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication</li><li>
Ability to use a computer monitor, read, create, proofread and transcribe documents</li><li>

What You'll Do:<ul><li>

This position will provide legal administrative support to 2 partners and up to 3 associates in a highly collaborative working environment. This is a hybrid position requiring office flexibility; generally 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
<ul><li>Responsible for administrative tasks including, but not limited to, document creation, editing and preparation of letters, time entry, expense reimbursement, coordinate telephone/video calls domestically and internationally, travel arrangements, and calendar invites.</li>
<li>Billing &ndash; strong background in financial responsibilities such as reviewing pro formas, prepare accrual spreadsheets and send to clients, prepare cover letters on client invoices, follow up with vendors domestically and internationally on invoice matters.</li>
