Job Description
 Identifies and provides guidance and advice on appropriate credit and cash management solutions for current and prospective high-net worth clients as part of a broader Private Banking team.
 With limited supervision from Senior Banking Advisors, meets with internal and external clients to introduce and sell AMG banking products and services. Builds relationships with internal and external partners, clients and COIs.
 Makes day-to-day decisions in supporting clients with banking transactions. Handles the origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of credit and non-credit banking products and services.
 Manages/monitors book of business to ensure client satisfaction, client retention and expansion of sales revenue.
 Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for credit requests by utilizing knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. Ensures compliance with current banking policies and regulations.

<div>We are looking for a Head of Product to drive strategic growth, market expansion, and lead cross-functional teams at a digital lending company in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will oversee and align Product department to achieve company objectives. This role is pivotal in driving profitable growth, expanding market share, and implementing strategies to ensure the company's growth. In this role, you will be accountable for delivering on key performance indicators (KPIs), including P&amp;L, budget management, growth targets, and market expansion milestones.
Main Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership<ul><li>
Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy aligned with the company&rsquo;s mission, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, new products, revenues lines, and retention.</li><li>
Drive initiatives to enhance the company's market position in Bahrain and develop entry strategies for new markets.</li></ul>
Departmental Oversight<ul><li>
Product: Lead the product team to innovate and enhance digital lending solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards.</li><li>

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>
