The General Liability Litigation Senior Claim Representative or Consultant is accountable for delivering superior customer service and successfully investigating, reserving, recommending and implementing strategies to resolve claims consistent with corporate claim standards, policies and procedures and statutory, regulatory and ethics requirements.
