POSITION SUMMARY:</b><br>
This position supports students and teachers through library and media services, assisting with instruction by integrating literature and technology resources. Candidates with library and technology experience are preferred, along with a strong commitment to creating a library media center that fosters student learning.</div><div></div><div><br>
The role requires the ability to build an engaging learning environment that encourages reading, effective use of digital resources, internet safety, and keyboarding skills. The ideal candidate will personalize instructional support to meet diverse student needs, manage technology resources (including online subscriptions and book checkout systems), and help cultivate a positive community of learners while effectively managing student behavior.</div><div>
This position also involves collaboration with school staff to align media center resources with curricular goals. Responsibilities may include providing whole-class and small-group instruction, performing clerical tasks, supervising and redirecting students, and offering feedback to teachers regarding individual student support. Additional duties may include supervising students during arrival, dismissal, lunch, and/or recess, as well as fostering strong, positive relationships within the school community.</div><div><b><br>
