If yes, how you will contribute to the team:

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:
<ul>
<li>Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents;</li>
<li>Conducting daily rounds to observe the resident&rsquo;s physical and emotional status;</li>
<li>Medication administration;</li>
<li>Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff;</li>
<li>Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and</li>
<li>Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.</li>
</ul>
Must Have:
<ul>
<li>LVN with current licensure to practice in the state</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn</li>
</ul>
Nice to Have:
<ul>
<li>Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment</li>
<li>Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents</li>
<li>Behavioral care / memory care experience</li>
<li>Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)</li>
