<div>As an Early Childhood Therapist, you will provide in-home, early childhood mental health assessment, treatment, screening, and community-based/on-site consultation services to children ages birth to five and their families attending Eden Prairie&rsquo;s early childhood programming. Utilize the Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) model to affect change within the child-parent relationship. Implement Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) to strengthen the parent-child attachment relationship; address traumatic events/triggers; locate protective factors; promote hope; provide developmental guidance and provide emotional support</li><li>
Care coordination, including collaboration with psychiatrists and other professionals working with the child and meeting regularly with co-group facilitators to share information regarding clients</li><li>
Create a discharge plan</li><li>
Clinicians may be asked to assist in the group therapy sessions for children in the program as needed.</li><li>
Each clinician on the Family Focused Therapy team will be required to maintain monthly services consistent with budgeted client service expectations, on average 12 sessions per week.</li></ul> 


Documentation - Clinicians will be expected to maintain required documentation as specified in our Clinical Policy Manual, including:
<ul><li>
Diagnostics assessments</li><li>
Treatment plans for each client</li><li>
Daily progress notes</li><li>
Record keeping of all clinical activities and grant related services</li><li>
Outcome instruments and assessment tools, including but not limited to the DC 0-5 assessment, Preschool SDQ, and ECSII</li><li>
Discharge summaries</li><li>
Satisfaction surveys</li><li>
Timely response of communications from the program director, the supervisor, or program support to ensure clear communication throughout the program</li><li>
Maintain current, timely authorizations for all therapeutic services form Medical Assistance, commercial insurance, or Hennepin County</li><li>
Ancillary services &ndash; specifically tracking school hour services and after school hour services.</li></ul> 


Supervision and Professional Development - Clinicians are expected to:
<ul><li>
Attend weekly supervision and case consultation, present case information and formulation, and identify questions for consultation and supervision</li><li>
Receive training in CPP as needed</li><li>
Maintain required CEUs</li></ul> 


All clinicians are to ensure Minnesota and HIPAA data privacy requirements are followed.<ul><li>
Ability to work a part-time (.5) schedule</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work (Required)</li><li>
Doctoral Degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work (Desired)</li><li>
A minimum of 3-5 years assessing, diagnosing and treating children and families (Required)</li><li>
Fully licensed or close to licensure in LICSW, LMFT, LPCC or LP (Required)</li><li>
Valid MN Licensure as a Mental Health Professional (Required)</li><li>
Training in CPP (Desired)</li><li>
Training in DC 0-5 Diagnostic Assessments (Required)</li></ul></div>
