Your role</h2>
As a psychologist with Marvin, you&rsquo;ll provide evidence-based virtual individual and couples therapy to adult healthcare professionals. Role details include:<ul><li>
Deliver high-quality, confidential teletherapy sessions on our HIPAA-compliant video platform to doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals</li><li>
Use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or Gottman Method</li><li>
Complete biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes in our streamlined EHR</li><li>
Incorporate measurement-based tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to monitor progress and improve outcomes</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What we&rsquo;re looking for</h2><ul><li>
To be considered for this role, you must currently have ALL THREE of the following:
<ul><li>Independent licensure as a Licensed Psychologist in a PSYPACT participating state</li><li>
Active PSYPACT credentials allowing you to provide telehealth services across PSYPACT states</li><li>
Experience and training in couples therapy

Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience providing therapy to adults and couples</li><li>
Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, mental healthcare workers, and/or first responders</li><li>
Availability for 10 hours per week</li><li>
Comfort delivering individual and couples therapy via video platforms, using EHRs, digital scheduling tools, and Google Workspace</li><li>
Ability to incorporate assessment and measurement-based tools (i.e. PHQ-9) to monitor progress and improve treatment outcomes</li><li>
Experience utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, EMDR or Gottman Method</li><li>
Commitment to practicing cultural humility and patient-centered care</li><li>

Compensation</h2>
We value your time and expertise. As a remote independent contractor, you&rsquo;ll receive competitive hourly pay, we provide malpractice insurance, and offer free CEUs. Because your time matters, you&rsquo;ll also be compensated 50% of your rate for late cancellations or no-shows.<ul><li>

<div>Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Cherry Hill, NJ. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.

What We&rsquo;re Looking For 
We&rsquo;re hiring independently licensed clinicians in New Jersey who are ready to make a difference and grow with us. We&rsquo;re especially interested in:<ul><li>
Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week</li><li>
Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)</li><li>
Clinicians who value autonomy and also enjoy being part of a team</li><li>

Strong character matters &mdash; we value integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)</li><li>
Must live and be licensed in the state where services are provided</li></ul> 
Compensation: 
 Up to $139,000, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
