 Salayel Hospitality is seeking responsible and vigilant Lifeguards to ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests using swimming pools, beaches, and recreational water facilities. The ideal candidate will maintain a secure environment while delivering professional and friendly service in line with hospitality standards.

 <ul>

 Ensure the safety of guests at all pool and water recreation areas at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor swimming activities and enforce pool rules and safety regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform water rescues, first aid, and CPR when required
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular pool area inspections to identify and report hazards
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of poolside equipment and furniture
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure availability and readiness of lifesaving equipment (rescue tubes, first aid kits, AED, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide courteous assistance to guests and answer safety-related inquiries
 </li>
 <li>
 Record and report incidents, accidents, and maintenance issues promptly
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Security, Engineering, and Recreation teams when necessary
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with local authority regulations and Salayel Hospitality SOPs
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Valid Lifeguard Certification (Ellis, Red Cross, ILS, or equivalent &ndash; UAE approved)
 </li>
 <li>
 CPR, First Aid, and AED Certification mandatory
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a hotel, resort, or leisure facility preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
 
 
 </li>
