How you will contribute

In your likely first managerial role, you will ensure that Mondelēz International&rsquo;s safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets are achieved for the lines for which you are responsible by breaking down section targets into line and unit targets and ensuring that employees understand their individual performance goals related to the overall targets. In this role, you will also develop budgets and be responsible for costs control management, governance and compliance, loss elimination and workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, development, succession planning, and the identification of high potential team members. Without you, we would not be able to deliver high-quality snacks to our customers.

The base salary range for this position is $83,800-$115,225; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

 Job Responsibilities/Key Result Areas

 Making monthly and daily packaging plans to utilize the machine hours and man-hours to its optimum level.

 Checking and approving monthly packaging plan as per market requirement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for organizing and controlling the material issuance and inventory control in co-ordination with store manager and planning department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordinating with production, planning department and quality assurance department for the availability of bulk and running packaging lines as per the requirements dates.
 </li>
 <li>
 To evaluate and assess sub-ordinate trainings needs in co-ordination with Julphar Training centre in regard to basic cGMP, on the job training and SOPs implementation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-ordinate with maintenance dept for the execution of preventive maintenance program, trouble shooting during the breakdown and cleanliness of the area.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contact external suppliers for tool, equipment requirements in coordination with purchase and maintenance dept.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for plant safety and security in coordination with maintenance department and operation director.
 </li>
 <li>
 To control productivity yields, and capacity optimization of packaging and manpower distribution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verifying Master Packaging Instruction (MPI) and validation of products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Approving the process parameters and in-process controls in the packaging department of all plants
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking, revising, and updating SOPs in order to comply with cGMP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Verifying the qualification of equipments in packaging department of all plants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arranging daily packaging plan with warehouse and following daily packaging activities in order to fulfill packaging plan.
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure that all MPIs, SOPs are followed and all logbooks are in order.
 </li>
 <li>
 To check and counter sign Batch Packaging record and process execution correctness.
 </li>
 <li>
 To check and ensure utility performance in coordination with Quality and maintenance dept.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in equipment, process and cleaning validation studies with QA department.
 </li>
 <li>
 To evaluate, check and approve batch document before forwarding to Quality Control/ Quality Assurance Department.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that the necessary staffs are adequately trained.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attendance and receiving of Data Integrity trainings and mentorship.
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to follow Data Integrity principles as per regulations.
 </li>

 Communicate with sub-ordinates and/or superiors for better understanding on Data Integrity implementation
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible to explain and cascade coaching on Data Integrity procedures.
