1) Deliver targeted language arts interventions aligned to MTSS tiers<ul><li>
Provide small-group and individualized literacy intervention for students receiving Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports</li><li>
Implement evidence-based instructional strategies in reading and writing, including comprehension, fluency, vocabulary, grammar, and written expression</li><li>
Differentiate instruction based on student data, learning goals, and identified skill gaps</li><li>
Monitor student understanding and adjust instruction to maximize progress</li></ul>
2) Collaborate with the Williamsburg Academy of Colorado MTSS team and ELA team<ul><li>
Communicate regularly with the MTSS team regarding student progress, challenges, and intervention effectiveness</li><li>
Participate in MTSS meetings and contribute data-based insights and recommendations</li><li>
Coordinate with LA mentors to align interventions with core instruction and curricular goals</li><li>
Attend weekly LA team L10 coordination meetings</li></ul>
3) Track, document, and analyze student progress<ul><li>
Maintain accurate records of intervention sessions, attendance, and student performance</li><li>
