 Litigating matters under the supervision of the Chief Litigation Counsel, with responsibility for management, coordination, and strategy of portions of the Company&rsquo;s product liability litigation, consumer class actions and general commercial litigation, as well as the evaluation and resolution of pre-litigation demands.
 
 
 Responsibilities:

AttorneyThe Law Department is seeking a highly talented and experienced litigator to join its litigation unit reporting to the Assistant General Counsel of Litigation. The successful candidate must have at least five years of civil litigation experience practicing in New York and/or New Jersey.  Skills and Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Juris Doctor degree required
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 2-5 years of experience advising corporate clients either as in house counsel or in private practice
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven drafting and analytical skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, and manage multi-faceted projects in a fast-moving environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
 </li>
 <li>
 Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

 Annual base salary: $140,000-$160,000
