Responsibilities
 
<ul>
<li>Help to manage individual attorney calendars which could include scheduling meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements; learn departmental docketing system as necessary</li>
<li>Open and maintain client files</li>
<li>Provide clerical support to the attorneys and paralegals</li>
<li>Be trained to coordinate the monthly client billing process</li>
<li>Provide backup overflow assistance to legal secretaries as needed</li>

Requirements

<li>Excellent writing, grammar, proofreading skills, and meticulous attention to detail</li>
