Overview</b></div><div>
The Associate, Loan Servicing at Bellwether will be responsible for Servicing a portfolio of commercial real estate debt investments. The Associate, Loan Servicing will work closely with the Debt Team to ensure loan records are accurately maintained and Servicing functions are executed timely. This role will be encouraged to create efficiencies and implement process improvements to provide the best in-class service for our clients.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Review and interpret loan documents to determine key loan data related to loan payment calculations, escrow setup and tracking, monthly fees, payoff calculations and loan covenants;</li><li>
Assist with onboarding process for new loans or portfolios of loans, ensuring data integrity;</li><li>
Perform quality control checks within the servicing system;</li><li>
Monitor tax and insurance reserves and escrow accounts and perform routine escrow analyses;</li><li>
Review monthly draw requests for completeness and compliance with loan documents, including review of budgets, back-up documentation, title updates, and inspection reports;</li><li>
Generate and review monthly billing statements and payoff statements;</li><li>
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports as scheduled and distribute those timely;</li><li>
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, borrowers, and key stakeholders;</li><li>
Coordinate with treasury department for daily cash management functions, payment and disbursement tracking and reconciliation of escrow accounts;</li><li>
Compose processes and procedures as needed; and</li><li>
Perform additional ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Professional Experience</b></h3><ul><li>
A minimum of 5 years&rsquo; relevant experience</li><li>
Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing experience required; Bridge and Construction Loan Servicing experience preferred</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education/Certification</b></h3><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field of study / work experience equivalence required.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
