 SUMMARY:
 
 Under the supervision of the Reporting Managers, this associate is responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers in all phases of the commercial relationship management process, including acquiring and closing new loan originations and renewals, portfolio administration, as well as providing customer service
 
 
 to clients and working with internal departments and partners on both product/service delivery and resolution of issues.
 
 
 
 ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 include, but are not limited to the following:

 Prepare proposal and commitment letter

 Assist in the scheduling of appointments and maintenance of the calendar as requested

 Prepare loan documents through the use of Laser Pro Software or coordination with outside legal counsel

 Monitor delinquencies and notify the Reporting Manager of those that will be 30 days or longer delinquent at month&rsquo;s end

 Assist with delinquency collection, matured loans, and other account maintenance

 Order departmental supplies and support office equipment

Compensation Range

Job Description: 
At Regions, the Credit Products Commercial Loan Fulfillment Specialist will orchestrate the closing process for all members of the Relationship Team and vendors associated with each loan. Primary Responsibilities
 Drafts and reviews loan documentation ranging from simple to high volume or high complexity for commercial purpose loans in a multi-state environment
 Understands the risks associated with closing various types of commercial loans
 Obtains the necessary documents to evidence the debt and secure the loan
 Ensures the loan is closed per loan approval and that supporting documentation conforms to loan approval and policy
 Identifies potential issues related to documentation, policy or regulatory requirement and remediate prior to closing
 Communicates frequently with business partners throughout the closing process
 Complies with departmental performance level metrics
 Contributes to the formulation of plans to mitigate risks

SUMMARY:

Responsible for actively promoting and selling North Shore Bank products and services, building account relationships and performing Teller duties. Performs sales support activities for sales area of the branch. On average, a minimum of 50% of activities will be devoted to sales and sales support. Perform office and administrative duties as assigned to support operational needs. SALES

<li>Opens new accounts and performs deposit account maintenance; responds to customers in a prompt and courteous manner; ensures required forms are completed accurately and that the customer fully understands the terms and conditions of the accounts; ensures the customer receives the proper disclosures.</li>
<li>Has an appropriate blend of Teller referrals and production as required at branch level to achieve referral and point goals.</li>
<li>Provides basic information on consumer loan products; refers potential consumer loan customers to an appropriate individual.</li>
<li>Recognizes additional customer opportunities and provides qualified referrals to all branch business partners.</li>
<li>Uses the internal prospect lists to make outbound calls. Participates in any call initiatives.</li>
