Essential Functions:

<li>Handle loan boarding and collateral perfection.</li>
<li>Audits and reviews loan documents for a variety of commercial loan products to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy issues.</li>
<li>Responsible for handling loan package requests from bank lenders and determining required documentation for specific loan type and conditions.</li>
<li>Orders and verifies supporting documentation. Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness. Manipulates systems and uses knowledge to create effective loan packages.</li>
<li>Prepares appropriate documentation for collateral to be pledged. Ensures accuracy and completeness for perfection and government regulations.</li>
<li>Effectively communicate with other departments in the Bank, collaborating with internal and external customers to ensure a successful customer experience.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Proficient knowledge of loan documentation, collateral perfection, and general loan servicing, as well as bank, federal, and state policies and requirements.</li>
<li>Experience with LaserPro, BakerHill NextGen, Jack Henry Silverlake or similar loan servicing, boarding and collateral perfection platforms preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in a loan servicing or administrative environment is required.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of lending laws, regulations and business loan documentation. Knowledge of flood regulation is a plus.</li>
<li>Demonstrated accuracy in working with detailed data in a deadline-oriented environment.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and utilize systems and applications.</li>
<li>Strong telephone and interpersonal communication skills.</li>

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Central/Eastern Washington area. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

Job Description: 
At Regions, the Credit Products Commercial Loan Fulfillment Specialist will orchestrate the closing process for all members of the Relationship Team and vendors associated with each loan. The closing process entails providing assistance by completing, collecting, and analyzing documents necessary for the extension of credit, booking the loan, resolving documentation exceptions post-closing, and interacting with borrowers, outside counsel, bank associates, and a variety of third parties.
 
Primary Responsibilities
 Drafts and reviews loan documentation ranging from simple to high volume or high complexity for commercial purpose loans in a multi-state environment
 Understands the risks associated with closing various types of commercial loans
 Obtains the necessary documents to evidence the debt and secure the loan
 Ensures the loan is closed per loan approval and that supporting documentation conforms to loan approval and policy
 Identifies potential issues related to documentation, policy or regulatory requirement and remediate prior to closing
 Communicates frequently with business partners throughout the closing process
 Complies with departmental performance level metrics
 Contributes to the formulation of plans to mitigate risks
 Understands the client’s needs and identify opportunities to improve and resolve client service issues related to the extension of commercial credit
 Serves in a problem solving capacity by providing client service for loan products
 Addresses loan setup issues promptly to ensure system data integrity
 Partners with one (1) or more of the following segments: Commercial Banking, Branch Small Business, Private Wealth, Real Estate Banking (includes Home Builder Finance, Income Property Finance, Affordable Housing, Real Estate Corporate Banking), Regions Equipment Finance, Specialized & Diversified Industries, and Problem Asset Management

 General knowledge of insurance requirements and other property due diligence necessary for real estate transactions
 General knowledge of syndicated transaction and the ability to collaborate with Capital Markets and other lenders for agent and non-agent deals if supporting Real Estate Banking, Regions Equipment Finance, Specialized & Diversified Industries, and Problem Asset Management

 The primary responsibility of this position is to perform the quality control of loan booking for all loan types, including new loans, renewals and modifications. Compares approval documentation on E-Booking package to core system "Navigator" for accuracy and reports deficiencies noted for proper resolution.  What You'll Do

 Perform Next Day Quality Control &amp; Post Quality Control review of loans which include New, Renewals, Extensions, Modifications, Participations and Syndicated loans.

 The daily loan threshold for review is 10 loans each. The threshold number is subject to change based on QC Specialist length of time within the unit, proficiency on subject loans and department needs.

 Thoroughly reviews key components on the Loan Input Sheet &ldquo;LISA&rdquo;, approved CAR and terms on Promissory Note, to ascertain constancy with the loan approval, and that the bank&rsquo;s core requirements (loan amount, interest rate, payment, insurance, escrow) amongst other key components of the loan, have been complied with.
 </li>

 Once review has been completed open a KACE Ticket under the Loan QC Queue with any findings which need to be corrected on the loan.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interacts with Loan Processors, Risk, and RM&rsquo;s as necessary to timely and accurately help satisfy deficiencies noted at time of QC; follow up until matter has been resolved.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior to documenting a finding as satisfied, review that all corrections indicated on the ticket have been accurately completed in Navigator by the appropriate team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Upload any revised documents requested from Loan Processor&rsquo;s at time of review to the Loan in Web Director.

 Assist with correction of the loan documents in the Bank&rsquo;s imaging system, Web Director, if issues are identified during the review process.

This position offers additional compensation in the form of discretionary short-term incentives (i.e. bonus, incentives, and/or commission). <div></div><div>The Agency Finance Analyst assists the Agency Finance Loan Servicing Manager and the Agency Finance Senior Credit Analyst in their duties to underwrite and monitor the Agency Finance loan portfolio. Acts as liaison between supporting departments within the Bank for certain responsibilities.</div>
<div></div><div>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</div>
<ul><li>Organizes and prepares inventory of incoming data files from prospective or current borrowers</li>
<li>Prepares initial data entry of financial statements and other reports into credit approval templates</li>
<li>Prepares CIP forms and gathers CIP checklist items from borrowers</li>
<li>Performs credit report pulls and background checks on prospective and current borrowers</li>
<li>Prepares account forms for branch opening of deposit accounts for Agency Finance customers</li>
<li>Prepares Loan Data Sheet for approved loans in preparation for Central Loan Processing submission</li>
<li>Prepares Allstate Intake forms for Allstate related loans</li>
<li>Assists in gathering preclosing documentation requirements</li>
<li>Prepare Draw Request forms for line of credit draws and calculates the related borrowing base</li>
<li>Requests, reviews and delivers payoff letters requested by borrowers</li>
<li>Handles customer inquiries related to loan and deposit account activity</li>
<li>Monitors and investigates transactional activity in restricted deposit account</li>
<li>Monitors other revenue data in the portfolio and gathers necessary information to maintain timely data</li>
<li>Requests and monitors collection from borrowers of post close financial statements and other required documentation</li>
<li>Prepares data entry of financial statements and other reports in annual review templates</li>
<li>Provide back up support for Loan Document Servicing Specialist</li>
<li>Completes required training associated with job function</li>
<li>Other responsibilities as assigned to assist in the underwriting and monitoring of the Agency Finance portfolio</li>
</ul><div>Qualifications</div>
<div>Education/Experience:</div>
<ul><li>BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related degree</li>
<li>4 years of relevant experience preferably within a lending or insurance environment</li>
<li>Working knowledge of insurance industry preferred but not required</li>
</ul>

<ul><li>Must be able to work with a significant amount of detailed information in an accurate, timely and confidential manner</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and support department personnel in a professional manner</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large number of data points and documentation in an efficient and organized manner</li>
<li>Proficiency in using Word, Excel, Outlook and technical ability to learn new software</li>
<li>Power BI knowledge a plus</li>
<li>Ability to work in a dynamic environment and comfortable with change</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally as well as having excellent proofreading skills</li>
