 Document Review &amp; Verification: Thoroughly review loan applications, income, assets, and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;credit documentation to identify potential red flags and ensure accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Underwriting Liaison: Act as the primary liaison &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;between Loan Officers, Underwriters, and borrowers, proactively clearing &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;conditions to obtain a "Clear to Close".

 AUS Familiarity: Proficiently run and &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;interpret desktop underwriting systems (DU/LPA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Documentation Ordering: Order and verify &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;third-party reports, including appraisals, title reports, flood &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;certifications, and VOEs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compliance: Ensure all loan files comply with federal, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;state, and company policies, including TRID regulations.

 Communication: Provide regular status updates to borrowers, &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;loan officers, and real estate agents to ensure a smooth, timely closing.

 Systems: Proficiency in LendingPad LOS is preferred; experience with Encompass or similar LOS required.

Position Overview:
Provides operational support to the Commercial Services Department by coordinating workflow of commercial loan requests from approval to closing, booking, and post-closing audit. This position coordinates the service and management of loan documentation, loan booking, filing and recording liens, maintenance of collateral perfection, administration of loan files and tracking of post-closing loan requirements. By monitoring incoming commercial loan requests to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory and legal requirements, this role will help safeguard our institution and our members&rsquo; finances.
Your Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Close loans in compliance with credit approval, loan settlement statement, and audit procedures</li><li>
Perform loan document review and due diligence review of third-party reports. Request and obtain necessary documentation, including but not limited to, entity documents, title commitments, surveys, appraisals and environmental reports from third party providers such as attorneys, inspectors and appraisers.</li><li>
Work with outside counsel to initiate loan documentation, including legal searches required by obtaining property tax information, calculating tax escrows, and preparing loan closing numbers.</li><li>
Ensures accurate documentation is prepared for each loan prior to closing. Reviews documents for accuracy and adherence to approval terms. Review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness prior to closing. Proven ability for exceptional proofreading skills with a focus on consistency and technical precision.</li><li>
Processes invoices, fees collected and calculates disbursements at closing to ensure accurate accounting tracking.</li></ul>
