GENERAL EXPECTATIONS
Utilize leadership abilities to ensure smooth production within the specified area of the facility. The Area Coordinator (AC), under limited management, ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and specifications. Organize and prepare all production paperwork prior to the start of the production day</li><li>
Partner with Team Leaders and Team Members to ensure all duties within the production line are properly covered and staffed. If any Team Members are out for the day, ensure proper coverage has been assigned to continue smooth production</li><li>
Ensure all raw materials, tools, and machinery are in place for all Team Members of their designated production area</li><li>
