At Medtronic, the ENT Area Sales Manage r has the responsibility and authority to sell all Medtronic Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals, physicians and other approved customers within the geographical limits of their territory to attain established quotas and sales objectives.
This is a field-based position.
We are seeking a committed professional, required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region, to join our winning team.

This role will be responsible for increasing sales volume and profitability in a dedicated geography and line of business segment through impactful leadership, strategic planning, and ongoing development of new and seasoned producers.
How You Will Contribute:<ul><li>
Establish a plan for sustainable organic growth, focusing on financial results, new business and customer retention, and talent acquisition and development.</li><li>

This role offers a competitive base salary off $200,000 - $300,000 paired with a highly lucrative performance-based incentive structure.
