Agent Enablement &amp; Content Localization</div><ul>
<li>Create high-quality, actionable Arabic content for agents (guides, FAQs, walkthroughs, quick-reference materials, and eLearning).</li>
<li>Localize English training modules and KB articles into Khaleeji-appropriate Arabic that keeps Tabby&rsquo;s tone of voice.</li>
<li>Build templates and scripts that are culturally relevant and practical for KSA agents. 
</li></ul><ul><li>Partner with Product, Ops, QA, and Training teams to co-design localized content for product or process changes.</li>
<li>Support trainers and SMEs in adapting materials</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain, iterate, and optimize all Arabic training and knowledge content for clarity, accuracy, and usability.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain an Arabic style guide and glossary (Khaleeji register, plain-language Arabic, RTL design).</li></ul>

Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise</h3>

Native-level Arabic with Khaleeji fluency and strong English language.</li>
