JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE<ul><li>
Optimise the delivery lead-time, transport costs and the Quality service focusing on customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Confirm availability of goods to the customers, discussing availability and collection data with the Production plant responsible.</li><li>
Manage relationships with carriers and forwarders, confirming dates, checking invoices, claims and export documents.</li></ul>

Fully supports the location health, safety and environmental (EHS) programs by participating in their implementation, maintenance, enforcement and compliance with the company's programs.</li><li>
To support all STEP initiatives (Saving Together through Excellence in Purchasing) and participate actively in all requested projects.</li><li>
Customer service activities linked to support Sales as Sales reports or price checking.</li></ul>
 KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Confirm sales orders to customers after planning discussion.</li><li>
Assure suppliers booking transport through TMS (Transwide) when ready, issue Delivery Notes and all related documents.</li><li>
Manage the customers urgent deliveries.</li><li>
Manage customer complaints in case root cause analysis impacts Supply Chain.</li><li>
Keep a closer relation with Customer Service to permit customers to receive all information related to the goods status.</li><li>
Send the purchase orders to suppliers, follow up these orders confirmations and also ETAs requested vs ETAs confirmed.</li><li>
Control suppliers deliveries conformity, costs generated by non-conformities (quality, delay) and that these costs are re-invoiced.</li><li>
Anticipate the delivery delay from suppliers and manage emergencies</li><li>
Forward all necessary documents to the logistics service providers</li><li>
Send input documents to the accounting department for invoices reconciliation</li><li>
Manage supplier complaints</li><li>
Ensure delivery and stock data reliability in software.</li><li>
Provide loaders short term and midterm information of daily collections.</li><li>
Follow up and monitor Supply Chain KPIs related to the function.</li></ul>
JOB SPECIFICATIONS<ul><li>
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar function</li><li>
SAP user, preferably Hana version is a plus. Logos ERP user is an added value.</li><li>
Bachelor or Master in international Business &amp; Logistics and Supply Chain Management is a plus</li></ul>

Strong background in all kinds of transport and export documents. Background as a customs agency or forwarder officer is an added value.</li><li>

Job Description 
Air Export &amp; Import Agent will serve in an operations capacity, responsible for processing export shipments including accompanying export documentation. Major duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:<ul><li>
Track and Trace shipments.</li><li>
