Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Freight Audit &amp; Payment Analyst to review, audit, and process
transportation, warehousing, and logistics-related invoices supporting a large-scale solar
manufacturing operation. This high-volume role validates invoices against contracted rates,
tariffs, and service agreements before payment; identifies and resolves billing discrepancies
with carriers and vendors; and supports logistics spend reporting. Invoice scope spans ocean
freight, drayage, air freight, domestic transportation, 3PL warehousing, and accessorial charges.
Invoice Review &amp; Approval<ul><li>Review and process a high weekly volume of invoices covering ocean freight, drayage,</li></ul>
air freight, domestic trucking, shuttle operations, and 3PL warehousing services.<ul><li>Validate freight charges against contracted rates, tariffs, fuel surcharge schedules, and</li></ul>
negotiated pricing agreements prior to approval.<ul><li>Audit detention, demurrage, per diem, chassis, storage, labor, and other accessorial</li></ul>

We currently have an opening for an Integrated Mission Support for United States Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS) Functional Analyst/Trainer to support our client at Scott AFB, IL.
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain on site presence in the United States Army Transportation Command (ARTRANS) center
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide ISDDC formal and informal job specific training support on and off site
 </li>
 <li>
 Accomplish short notice, short suspense, high visibility data drills and provide either ADOBE or EXCEL products and analysis (as requested by SOC leadership)
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with Government Program Manager by capturing new customer requirements and refine existing requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with members of the team to ensure their understanding of the functional requirements and business rules during the developmental process and functional testing
 </li>
 <li>
 Update User Manuals and other support material to reflect system changes
 </li>
 <li>
 Operationally and functionally test after upgrades and provide deployment recommendations to the technical lead and Government PM
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve account requests
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have a Secret security clearance
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree (preferably in Logistics) or at least 4 additional years of DOD Transportation experience may be credited in lieu of degree
 </li>
 <li>
 Possesses 4 years&rsquo; experience that includes 3 years in a specialized area
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ISDDC reports, GIS maps and Multi-Dimensional analysis tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using GATES, GFM and IBS
 </li>
 <li>
 Some travel required to provide ISDDC training and support to DOD users
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in classroom instruction and briefing
