Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):</div><div></div><ul><li>Evolve with Team &amp; Operations to best in class</li><li>Lead and coordinate all shipping and receiving activities and warehouse</li><li>Supervise packing, documentation, and verification of shipments</li><li>Train and schedule logistics team members; work closely with carriers</li><li>Automate and optimize logistics workflows using modern tools and systems</li><li>Improve scanning technology for real-time tracking</li><li>Optimize transportation methods and shipping costs</li><li>Manage indirect spend of shipping supplies and materials and etc.</li><li>Ensure timely and accurate movement of goods to storage and to support production</li><li>Resolve quality issues and work with supplier quality related to inbound and outbound shipments</li><li>Maintain compliance with import/export regulations</li><li>Collaborate with other departments in support of growth</li></ul><div> 
Qualifications</div><ul><li> Strong leadership and organizational skills</li><li> Experience with choosing, rollout and bettering WMS/Logistics/MES systems</li><li> Ability to manage cost-effective and efficient shipping strategies</li><li> Knowledge of ISO, AS9100, and Lean/6 Sigma &ndash; Strong Plus</li><li> Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities</li><li> 7&ndash;10 years of logistics or warehouse experience</li><li> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field or equivalent experience &ndash; A Plus</li><li> U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain security clearance</li></ul><div></div><div>

Logistics Automation Manager

<div>Position Purpose:
A Workforce Systems Sr. Analyst uses analytical methods and a variety of tools to understand, predict, improve and/or control supply chain operations and processes. Sr. Analysts are responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support supply chain initiatives. Solves problems by considering courses of action within the framework of business goals and standards. Operates with minimal supervision and once given general assignments, prioritizes and executes tasks. Provides and communicates recommendations to upper management. Mentors and guides Workforce Systems Analysts in daily work tasks. Must be a self-starter, detail oriented, able to support and lead multiple projects, possess excellent communication skills, work well with a team, interact with multiple levels and functions with the supply chain organization, and able to manage vendor/business relationships.<ul><li>Daily project activity coordination for multiple large-scale initiatives such as Labor Management System implementation and PEOPLE project support for (RDCs, DFCs, FDCs &amp; SDCs)</li><li>Performs development and implementation of process improvement opportunities associated with assigned projects</li><li>Performs analysis in support of requested business and systemic enhancements which will result in cost savings to the company</li></ul> 
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
25% Utilizes quantitative skills to create and analyze reports to support business execution. Supports the business through ad-hoc queries, and maintains reports from a variety of resources as specific to department or organizational needs</li><li>
25% Develops business tools and solutions based on knowledge, product or technology. Identifies Logistics process improvement opportunities through strategic thinking, critical thinking and analysis</li><li>
20% Provides recommendations to senior management. Mentors and guides Logistics Analysts</li><li>
20% Performs data management through data mining/data modeling/data analysis/cost/benefit analysis/process mapping/%/or problem analysis while executing day to day processes related to area of responsibility. Develops &amp; maintains cost estimates, forecasts, and cost models. Supports business through ad-hoc queries &amp; maintains reports</li><li>
10% Manages vendor/business partner relationships</li></ul>

Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>

Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Math or Finance Degree Master's Degree</li><li>
Experience with Labor Management applications</li><li>

Proficient in: Gemini/CoPilot, Microsoft Office Suite including Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word and Visio.</li><li>
