 RESPONSIBILITIES

 Manage and optimize end-to-end procurement and logistics operations for all machinery, equipment, and materials required for our international construction projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee the entire logistics cycle&mdash;from supplier pickup to delivery at the construction site&mdash;ensuring timely, compliant, and cost-effective operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage temporary and permanent import processes, as well as road and sea transportation planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate all customs-related procedures in collaboration with customs brokerage partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the logistics purchasing team to support contract negotiations and strategic agreements with transportation service providers
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and supervise the transportation planning team, developing effective planning practices and ensuring the use of advanced logistics tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead international logistics agreement processes, maintain relationships with foreign logistics stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the head office
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Project Management in cost planning, shipment scheduling, and overall logistics strategy
 </li>

 Prepare detailed logistics tracking reports for each project and present them to the Finance and Project Management departments
