Key Responsibilities Procurement &amp; Purchasing<ul><li>Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material requirements.</li><li>Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Obtain and evaluate quotations based on technical compliance, cost, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Prepare commercial and technical comparison sheets for management approval.</li><li>Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.</li><li>Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor procurement activities.</li><li>Source aluminium profiles, glass, ACP, steel, hardware, sealants, fasteners, and other project materials.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.</li></ul>Technical Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with design, estimation, production, and project teams to understand material requirements.</li><li>Verify material specifications and ensure compliance with approved shop drawings and project requirements.</li><li>Coordinate material submittals, samples, and approvals with consultants and clients when required.</li><li>Resolve technical issues related to procurement and material availability.</li></ul>Vendor Management<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost.</li><li>Identify alternative suppliers to improve cost efficiency and reduce procurement risks.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify new products and suppliers.</li></ul>Cost Control &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor procurement budgets and project material costs.</li><li>Track procurement schedules and provide regular status reports.</li><li>Assist in cost-saving initiatives and value engineering proposals.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.</li></ul>Logistics &amp; Inventory Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate material deliveries with site and production teams.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.</li><li>Follow up on delivery schedules and resolve supply chain issues.</li><li>Coordinate transportation and logistics requirements when necessary.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of procurement experience in aluminium, facade, glazing, or steel contracting.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.</li><li>Familiarity with local and international suppliers.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Procurement and supply chain management.</li><li>Technical understanding of aluminium, glass, ACP, and steel systems.</li><li>Vendor negotiation and contract management.</li><li>Cost analysis and budgeting.</li><li>Reading engineering drawings and specifications.</li><li>ERP and procurement software proficiency.</li><li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Time management and problem-solving abilities.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
