Main Tasks and Responsibilities:</b></div><br>

<li>Preparing the necessary documents in import and export operations together with customs company employees,</li>
<li>Getting a freight offer from the carrier, deciding and organizing the appropriate transportation (land, sea and air) vehicle,</li>
<li>To follow the shipment process with suppliers, distribution center and shipping companies,</li>
<li>To follow the performance of customs firms and shipping companies and to take action for problems,</li>
<li>To inform the sales departments about the import and export legislation changes,</li>
<li>Examining the costs related to the customs process, taking action for unnecessary costs.</li>
<li>Making sure that Procedure for Export Control &amp; Trade Sanctions and Procedure covering Import Control &amp; Customs Management are in line with global trade compliance.</li></ul><br>

Requirements for The Job:</b></div><br>

<li>Min. Bachelor's degree,</li>
<li>Min. 4 years of experience in similar works,</li>
<li>Having knowledge of sales, sales operations, order and invoicing processes,</li>
<li>Good command of English,</li>
<li>MS Office applications (mid-level),</li>
<li>Willing to work flexible hours,</li>
