General Description:

The Pipeline Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for providing pipeline regulatory compliance subject matter expertise in accordance with Federal, state, and local law including, but not limited to, 49 CFR 192. The Pipeline Regulatory Compliance Manager will lead and oversee all aspects of development, implementation, and ongoing support for Company pipeline projects as well as supporting Pipeline Compliance Programs for existing Company pipeline assets including Operations and Maintenance, Operator Qualifications, Public Awareness, Damage Prevention, Control Room Management, Emergency Response, Drug and Alcohol Program and other related plans. Responsibilities:

 Offshore Client Representative.
 
 Reporting the Project Manager, Installation, the primary mission of the Operation Engineer is to lead the readiness for the vessel operations and be the project representative on board the vessel.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 About you:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelors' degree in Mechanical, Structural, Civil or Naval Engineering or related discipline
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years experience in offshore construction activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with industry codes and standards applicable to offshore Oil &amp; Gas facilities design, construction and Installation
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledgeable in various offshore pipeline and/or SURF installation techniques and understanding installation factors and criteria which might affect the design, costs and schedule for development of offshore oil fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience on site at shore base facilities, fabrication yards, and offshore vessels as well as site preparation experience is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience with S&hyphen;lay installation is a plus, especially Deepwater S&hyphen;lay
 </li>

 About the role:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate the general preparation and related interfaces with all the departments related to his scope (engineering, installation engineering, procurement, post order services and assets).
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up the procurement &amp; logistics of installation aids
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the subcontracting activities (i.e. survey &amp; positioning, ROV services, NDT, diving, Precomissioning, etc. as applicable) associated with the construction vessel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Interface with procurement / fabrication departments for the delivery of incorporated items on the offshore site and in particular, to take care of transportation vessels preparation associated with the cargo to be provided to the construction vessel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the installation vessel(s) qualification(s) towards the client.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the installation vessel project HR preparation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the installation vessel equipment preparation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead the mobilization / demobilization preparation of the installation vessel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend fabrication facilities to ensure readiness for transportation to site of fabricated items
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate the offshore operation on board the installation vessel as project representative on board.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compile all the required information as per the project requirements for the project close-out and, in particular, close out of the invoicing process and return of experience
 </li>

In addition to managing inventory, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting business-to-business operations by administering procurement, sourcing, and quoting functions that seamlessly meet the needs of our customers and drive the success of their business. This position is for our branch located at 6276 Brookhill Dr, Houston, TX 77087. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
 
o Managing branch inventory levels
 
o Administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and backorder management
 
o Estimating/quoting prices and sourcing product
 
o Coordinating resources to respond to customer supply chain needs
 
o Supporting accounts receivable activities
 
o Making deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
 
o Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
 
 
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
 
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
 
o 18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work
 
o Possess a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located (including successful completion of any applicable graduated license program for your state or province) as well as the ability to meet our driving record requirements to use a company vehicle, as needed
 
o Possess or are working towards a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Management, Marketing, Sales or related field of study OR have customer service or industry related work experience
 
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
 
o Proficient computer skills
 
o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
 
o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
 
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
 
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
