 The Director of Logistics is responsible for leading all logistics operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods across global supply chains. This role oversees transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and international shipping while driving process improvements and operational excellence. This position will require you to come up to the Watertown WI facility 2-3 week.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 Establish and monitor key performance indicators for logistics performance, cost, and service levels. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership identifying trends, obstacles, and improvement opportunities.

 <ul>
 <li>
 Planning of Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking and realization of capacity targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Management and development of Inbound, Outbound, Return, Product Care and Customer Experience teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking the transfer of production capacities with the customer in daily and weekly meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking and planning of production budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking and realization of productivity targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitoring the income and expenditure balances of the projects for which it is responsible
 </li>

 Your Profile
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Min. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Min. 5 years of experience in the warehouse operations processes; preferably in e-commerce
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience to manage Return, Product Care and Customer Experience preferably in textile e-commerce
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced knowledge of English both written and verbal
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experienced in field force management
 </li>
 <li>
 Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer and solution-oriented
 </li>
 <li>
 Living/willing to live in Anatolian Side of &Idot;stanbul-Kocaeli
 </li>
