In this Key Account Team Leader position
<ul><li>Coordinate airfreight operations plans and processes in line with business strategy and requirements, global guidelines and policies</li>
<li>Coach, guide and ensure team are trained for execution of day-to-day tasks and activities and meet work schedules and targets at a department/ small unit with multiple team's level</li>
<li>Identify and resolve recurring issues, and suggest modifications to airfreight operations work methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency</li>

Reporting to the Service Line Director, the Practice Lead will be responsible for assisting in the establishment and development of the Transport Logistics business throughout the EMEA region. 
Responsibilities:
&middot; Manage the Practice as part of the Land Transport &amp; Logistics (LT&amp;L) business and have overall accountability for the business development, delivery, performance, administration and operational efficiency across the Practice;
