3. Physical requirements:</p><ul><li>
Must be able to stand and walk sales floor for 8 hours at a time.</li><li>

Apprehension of shoplifters / recovery of Company assets, as set forth in Company apprehension guidelines.</li><li>

Audit compliance of external loss prevention standards.</li><li>
Identify external exposures and recommend solutions.</li><li>
Report all observed / suspected exposures pertaining to internal theft.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Training and Awareness- 10%</b></h4><ul><li>
Serve as a member of &ldquo;The Shrinkage Committee&rdquo;</li><li>
Participate in the promotion of shrinkage awareness of all associates.</li><li>
Create an environment of &ldquo;ownership&rdquo; among all associates.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Operations and Safety- 10%</b></h4><ul><li>
Complete reports and assigned duties in a timely manner.</li><li>
Assist management to maintain operational compliance.</li><li>
Ensure a safe working and shopping environment.</li><li>
Report all violations of operational standards to store management and immediate</li></ul><p>
supervisor.</p>
<p>
In addition to this position you are expected to perform all tasks and functions assigned by management as requested to meet the needs of the business.</p>
