What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.</li><li>
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorization, issue visitor passes as applicable, and maintain accurate access-related logs and records.</li><li>
Screen inbound and outbound traffic, including commercial vehicles and delivery personnel, in accordance with site procedures to help deter unauthorized access.</li><li>
Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel when needed.</li><li>
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>
A valid driver&rsquo;s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.</li><li>
Loss prevention experience is preferred.</li><li>
Customer service experience is preferred.</li><li>
X-ray screening experience is preferred.</li><li>
A guard card or license is preferred.</li><li>
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li><li>
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li><li>
