So, Planned Companies Building Services (PBS) is looking to hire friendly and detail-oriented Janitors and Custodians to provide common area and bathroom cleaning services.</div><div>
You&rsquo;ll be ensuring tenants, guests and vendors have a clean, healthy and safe property to live or work in. It&rsquo;s important to be polite and respectful as well as thorough and observant of what more can be done to provide the highest level of service.</div><p></p><div><b><br>
Primary Job Responsibilities:</b></div><br>

Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors of various types.</li><li>
Stripping, buffing and waxing floors of various types as well.</li><li>
Dusting ceilings, light fittings, countertops, and loose furniture.</li><li>
Scrubbing and sanitizing bathroom toilets, sinks, and kitchen fixtures.</li><li>
Emptying trash cans as well as washing and drying windows.</li><li>
Requesting cleaning supply orders, reporting breakages and needed repairs.</li><li>
Assisting building management with all projects and all other job duties as requested.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Requirements:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.</li><li>
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more.</li><li>
Experience in similar roles using cleaning products, equipment to clean floors and carpets.</li><li>
Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.</li><li>
Strong report writing and clear verbal communication skills.</li><li>
A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
