Lubrication Technician &ndash; Job Summary (QatarEnergy Sites)Primary Purpose<ul><li>Perform skilled lubrication activities for rotary equipment at refinery, chemical plant, Berth 4 &amp; 6, BSV3, Station C1, and HIA.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Carry out preventive and corrective lubrication of rotary equipment.</li><li>Check, fill, and replace lube oil and grease in bearings, crankcases, oil consoles, etc.</li><li>Clean and maintain lube oil systems, filters, sight glasses, hydraulic filters.</li><li>Maintain auto-greasing and drip-feeding systems.</li><li>Report daily lubrication activities and abnormalities.</li><li>Handle and store lubricants properly.</li><li>Raise work orders for lubrication-related issues.</li><li>Coordinate oil analysis with Asset Integrity team when required.</li><li>Monitor and analyze lubricants (including heavy grease).</li></ul>Education<ul><li>Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Technology (recognized institution).</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Minimum 5 years as rotating equipment lubrication technician.</li><li>+2 years as rotary technician preferred.</li></ul>Additional Requirements<ul><li>Strong knowledge of mechanical rotary equipment.</li><li>Familiar with lubrication best practices and lubrication software.</li><li>Completed machinery lubrication courses (preferred).</li><li>Able to work in a multinational environment.</li><li>Age: Not over 40 years old.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

<div>The Mine Oiler maintains mobile equipment utilizing quality procedures to meet production needs in an efficient and safe manner. This role embraces a strong commitment to safety as a core value and ensures compliance with all applicable Federal/State Regulations and EP Minerals Health/Safety/Environmental practices and procedures

Proper operation of lube truck, including housekeeping or truck and service tools, utilizing effective. time management of lube routes. Fueling mobile equipment.</li><li>
Complete work orders, PM Sheets, equipment pre and inspections, post, and workplace exams.</li><li>
Take and maintain proper inventory of oils on site.</li><li>
Troubleshoot maintenance issues with Lube Truck and other basic repairs of mobile fleet, ie. Light bulbs, grease zerks, hoses and identify oil leaks and make small repairs.</li><li>
When lube route is complete, report to Mechanic on duty to assist with other maintenance repairs and projects.</li><li>
Additional duties as assigned may consist of the following, but are not limited to:<ul><li>
Clean parts, tools and working area.</li><li>
Sample fluids.</li><li>
Secure parts are needed.</li><li>
Work overtime as needed and be available for call outs on a rotating basis.</li></ul></li></ul>
