Position Summary</b></p><p>
Zachry Construction is seeking experienced Oilers and Lubrication Technicians to service and maintain heavy construction equipment on large-scale projects. The Oiler/Lubrication Technician is responsible for ensuring all equipment is properly lubricated, maintained, and safe for operation. This position plays a vital role in maintaining equipment reliability and minimizing downtime through regular inspection, oil analysis, and preventive maintenance. Please note that a drive-home truck is not provided for this position.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
What Youll Do</b></p><ul><li>
Perform daily lubrication and preventive maintenance services on a wide range of heavy construction equipment, including cranes, pavers, dirt and plant equipment, and other machinery.</li><li>
Collect, label, and analyze oil samples for lab testing; interpret oil analysis results and report findings.</li><li>
Maintain accurate and organized service records and daily task logs.</li><li>
Conduct equipment inspections and prepare written reports on conditions, deficiencies, and recommended actions.</li><li>
Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure all equipment is free from excessive oil and grease buildup.</li><li>
Ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency in all maintenance and service activities.</li><li>

<p><b>Other Job Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Attend and actively participate in company-sponsored training programs as assigned, including training specific to diesel A/C systems and heavy-duty equipment.</li>
<li>Stay current with new technologies and industry practices relevant to diesel A/C systems, heavy-duty maintenance, and Waste Pro equipment.</li>
<li>Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to support team and operational goals.</li>
</ul>

<li>Frequent ingress and egress from commercial vehicles (50&ndash;100 times per day).</li>
<li>Lifting and moving materials weighing 50&ndash;75 pounds at various heights (floor to waist, shoulder, and overhead).</li>
<li>Pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds unassisted.</li>
<li>Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting motions (100&ndash;200 times per day).</li>
<li>Ability to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions, including road calls and outdoor job sites.</li>
</ul>

<li>Work primarily occurs in both indoor and outdoor settings.</li>
